Who is the program for?
PGA Professionals and clubs that want to arrange PlayIQ Performance access for a group of members. Discuss your facility, coaching approach and intended member group with Ben to confirm fit.
What do members get?
AI-assisted swing feedback and drills, lesson history and PerformanceLab tracking. Monthly AI lesson allowances are Bronze: 4, Silver: 8 and Gold: 20. Your reviewed order identifies the package, license count and funded service period.
Can I review and personalize lessons before members receive them?
Yes. Choose review before delivery for your member program. The lesson email and in-app lesson stay held while you review the AI draft. Rewrite feedback, edit critical factors and practice instructions, add professional notes and your own drill videos, and choose which images, metrics and sections appear. Preview and save the version you want, then send it to the golfer through PlayIQ. You can also choose direct delivery. Changing the program setting does not release lessons already waiting for review.
Is my own Coach account included?
Your own Coach subscription is separate unless your reviewed order expressly includes it. Confirm the coaching tools and plan you need alongside the member program.
What does it cost to participate?
There is no partner-program fee. Coaches have no upfront license cost when the club is the payer. Member subscriptions are paid, and the payer named in your order remains responsible for the PlayIQ invoice, even before collecting from members. Any separate Coach subscription remains a separate purchase.
How much revenue do I earn?
The program offers a 25% share of eligible member subscription payments collected by PlayIQ, confirmed in your reviewed order. This adds subscription income alongside your lesson fees. It is not a guarantee of member signups, lesson bookings or net profit.
Who receives the 25% revenue share?
PlayIQ pays the revenue share to the PGA Professional or other partner recipient named in your reviewed order. Members receive Performance access; they do not receive the partner commission. The legal payer responsible for the PlayIQ invoice and the commission recipient can be different. Any invoices your club sends to members are separate from the amount owed to PlayIQ.
How do payment and commissions work?
Payment is arranged against your approved invoice. Access is funded after payment verification. Commission is calculated on eligible payments actually collected by PlayIQ at the agreed rate. Refunds, disputes or reversed payments can affect eligibility; settlement requires recipient verification and the agreed hold and review process.
How are members welcomed?
PlayIQ prepares the approved member roster and account setup. You can customize the welcome message with your coaching introduction and club branding. Members receive guidance on signing in, uploading swings, revisiting lessons and using PerformanceLab.
