PlayIQ provides AI-powered golf coaching services, including AI follow-up SMS communications about your golf game, past lessons, and future goals. You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.
By providing your phone number and electing to opt-in to receive communications at signup with PlayIQ, you consent to receive SMS messages from PlayIQ. Message frequency may vary. Standard message and data rates may apply.
You can opt-out at any time by replying with the word "STOP". We will process your opt-out request promptly, but you may receive a few additional messages as we process your request.
For any subscriber to PlayIQ who utilizes PlayIQ's SMS capabilities to communicate with students and other golfers, you represent, warrant, and covenant that all mobile numbers you provide to PlayIQ are 100% "opt-in".
You agree not to use our services to upload or distribute content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
All content, trademarks, and data on this application, including software, databases, text, graphics, icons, and hyperlinks are the property of or licensed to PlayIQ and are protected from infringement by local and international legislation and treaties.
Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the services will be uninterrupted or error-free.
In no event shall PlayIQ be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the services.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the services after any changes signifies your acceptance of the new terms.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the jurisdiction in which PlayIQ operates.
